At Resiliently Real, our focus is turning pain and tension into growth and positive change. Through one-on-one mentorship, we can provide support that fits your cultural context and unique situation, create a personalized experience that fits your style and pace, and more. We’ll develop strategies that don’t just address the here and now but set you up for long-term success and independence. It may be called individual mentorship, but we make sure you never feel alone in your struggles. Archana Sundar emphasizes the collaborative aspects of mentorship, putting in the work to understand your unique circumstances and concerns. With that understanding, I can create an environment where you feel understood, valued, and even challenged. My goal is to see you thrive! I will always work to provide what you need, explain what we are doing, and help connect you to care that works for you, even if that’s not with us! I can’t promise a quick fix, but I can promise a compassionate, supportive team that’s ready to put our expertise to work for the life you want to live.
I'm Glad You're Here!
We know it can be hard to know where to start. Our team is here to listen, answer your questions, and help guide you to the right resources. Reach out to us and we’ll be happy to talk about your needs and how we can best serve them. Mentorship is most effective when you feel safe, cared for, and honest. That’s why we work hard to create a space where you can ask questions and be heard from moment one. Email us below, and we'll meet you at your pace.
Frequently Asked Questions
What even is individual mentorship? Is it therapy? Nope! That distinction actually matters, and we'll always be transparent about it. Mentorship is a collaborative, forward-facing space. We're not diagnosing, treating, or processing clinical trauma here. Think of it more like having a guide who's deeply versed in how your nervous system works, how stress lives in the body, and how burnout quietly rewires the way you show up. It's for people who are functioning but feel like they're running on fumes. Who is this for? People who are mission-driven, but quietly exhausted in the day-to-day. You're probably not in crisis. You're just tired of white knuckling your way through life and wondering why doing everything "right" still feels like too much. I'm a great fit for students, small business owners, creatives, people in life transitions, and anyone else with big dreams. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating relational ruptures and repair. What do we actually do together? Depends on what you bring. Sessions are grounded in nervous system education, values clarification, and helping you build sustainable rhythms — not productivity hacks. We might use tools from DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, or relational frameworks depending on what fits. It's structured enough to feel purposeful, but flexible enough to meet you where you are. How is this different from coaching? It's informed by decision making theory in a way that most coaching isn't. I received my bachelor's of science in behavioral neuroscience with a decision-making focus, so there's theory underneath what we do, not just goal-setting frameworks. That said, mentorship stays in its lane: if something comes up that's better suited to therapy, I'll say so, and I can help you find the right fit. How often do we meet? Most people start with biweekly sessions and adjust from there. Life isn't linear, and we'll collaborate for what suits your situation. For certain clients, I also offer concierge services. Let's find what fits for you. What if I'm already in therapy? Great, actually. Mentorship and therapy can work beautifully in parallel, but they're doing different things. Your therapist holds the clinical container, and we work on the practical, day-to-day layer of how you're relating to your work, your body, your decision-making, and your sense of meaning. What does it cost? Mentorship is offered on a sliding scale because access matters. Reach out and we'll find something that works. I'm not sure I'm ready. What do I do? That's the most common feeling people have before reaching out. Start with a call, text, or email. I offer free 30 minute consultations to see if this is the right fit and the right time. Your success matters to me, and I will refer you to other resources should we not be a fit.
