My Work

Semiotics and visual communication

Poster design - Landscape in the Mist A poster series inspired by Landscape in the Mist by Theo Angelopoulos, exploring the film’s themes and atmosphere through visual storytelling. The titles of the posters are based on selected quotes from the main characters, strengthening their connection to the narrative.

Exhibition Curation

Invisible threads of thought

This miniature is a handmade representation of the room in which I have lived during the four years of my student life. Through a childlike and spontaneous aesthetic, using materials such as cardboard, distorted proportions, the contrast between pink and black, and suspended objects, the work reflects thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences connected to the space.

Pink objects represent elements I cherish due to their emotional value and the memories they carry, while black objects symbolize aspects of the space associated with more negative feelings. The surrounding cage structure expresses feelings of confinement and psychological pressure that can be experienced in student life.

The personal objects function as fragments of identity and everyday experience, creating a visual narrative of my personal space and lived experience.

BRANDING And ADVERTISING

Road Safety Cyprus - Rebranding (Group Project)

Business cards variations

The rebranding of the Road Safety Cyprus campaign promotes road safety in a friendly and approachable way, aiming to raise awareness among young drivers aged 18–21. The central idea presents the road as a shared space with nature and animals, expressed through the slogan “Driving Through Their Home”, which gently highlights responsibility and respect for all forms of life. The poster series uses minimal, flat animal illustrations, strong typography, and soft pastel colors to create a clean, modern and friendly visual identity that feels engaging rather than strict or warning-based.

The billboard adapts the same concept into a simple and direct message, ensuring quick understanding and clear communication in a fast paced environment.
The Safety Kit is the central element of the Road Safety Cyprus brand and functions as a complete informational and educational tool for young drivers. It gathers essential road safety information, practical advice, and educational material aimed at preventing dangerous driving behaviors. The kit includes an informational booklet, a tri fold flyer, and branded items such as stickers and keychains, all based on the arrow symbol and the brand’s overall color palette. The booklet also serves a practical purpose, as it includes a space where the user can store their driving licence. The Safety Kit is designed to be kept permanently in the glove compartment of the car, ensuring it is always easily accessible. Through the combination of these elements, it creates a friendly and easy to understand experience, while also providing a complete and cohesive presentation of the organization’s visual identity.

EXPERIMENTAL IMAGE, TEXT AND SOUND

Title: "Πεταξούμενες αναμνήσεις" (Thrown Memories)

The video explores the memories and value of abandoned objects in Anthoupoli, a district of Nicosia, which over time have lost their use and significance, ending up in the fields of the area. Objects that were once part of everyday life and served practical needs of the local residents are now considered useless or waste. Through the video, their past function is reinterpreted through my own perspective and personal moments, creating a more emotional and subjective approach to memory and abandonment.
