The following designs were made for Eric's Consumer Behavior Marketing course that he took in the Fall of 2023. The group had the opportunity to work as a group to help Findlay Market in Cincinnati, OH promote their Shopping App to a certain town that the groups were assigned to. In this project, the group had to come up with a marketing campaign, do thorough research and discover multiple solutions in enhancing knowledge of the Findlay Market Shopping App. Design 1: Yard Sign for Findlay Market Shopping App. Having the Yard Sign was my idea. Also this was created this on Canva while taking into consideration the most important information to put on the sign. Cars will be passing by this sign quickly, so Eric made the more important information the biggest features on the sign. Design 2: Poster for Findlay Market Shopping App. This was also Eric's idea and he created this design on Canva. The plan was to have the posters be put up around the assigned town in specifically chosen locations that was found using analytics and demographic information. The QR code and information on the graphic makes it possible for people to get all of the important facts they need on the sign while not being overwhelmed, and to take the person them right to the website to download the app. The information is there to answer any generic questions since consumers tend to not want to take the extra step, even if it would benefit them. Everyone’s time is valuable.
These graphic designs were created with Adobe for my Social Media Marketing course at Xavier University. The 1st design is for the Book Review Project. The group were assigned to express five points about what was learned from the book that was picked out earlier in the semester in a flyer. The 2nd design is for the Social Media Platform Project where I was one of the students assigned with looking into the marketing aspect of Instagram. The group had to explain what was learned based on an article that was read regarding the social media platform that was assigned.
In my Professional Selling course at Xavier University, the class were provided the opportunity to assist the Cincinnati Reds in selling discounted tickets for a weekend series. This has allowed us to prospect, cold call and sell tickets all in a course while listening to professionals on their selling techniques. My group has been able to create a prospect list using excel while collecting data regarding each prospect. The class had to use many skills such as time management, critical thinking, sales, adjusting on the fly, problem solving, persuasion and much more in order to complete this course long project. Through outbound calls, emailing, and speaking in person with prospects, the group was able to sell many tickets during this process. These graphics above to promote the discounted tickets were created using Adobe software. What the graphic is trying to express is that these games are fun to watch as a fan of the Reds but also a great experience overall. So, expressing the fun and energic aspects of the Reds was a hidden selling point in the graphics. Design 1 = Cincinnati Reds discounted tickets info for non-students. Design 2 = Cincinnati Reds discounted tickets info for students. These graphics are used on Social Media, sent via email to prospects and was printed to be promoted around Xavier University Campus.
