Progress Update
The model units are complete with Certificates of Occupancy and now have Power and Internet. Slabs for the next 10 lots are to be installed as soon as the building permits are issued. The maintenance bonds necessary for the final plat have been agreed upon and will be delivered to Newton County the beginning of October. Final negotiations for a Project Management Advisor are underway.
