Progress Update
Curb and gutter are installed throughout the project and the binder is down throughout. The final grading and paving for lots 1-7 will continue through July. The model units are complete and simply awaiting power. Slabs for the next 10 lots are to be installed as soon as the final plat is finalized. Master landscape plan is complete and submitted to Newton County for review and approval as part of the plat and bond approval. We met with property management companies on site and are working through a property management/leasing agreement.
