Otselic Valley’s second grade students recently impressed staff, families, and visitors with their outstanding habitat diorama projects. These hands-on displays were the result of weeks of research, learning, and creativity as students explored various natural environments and the animals that live in them.
Each student designed and built a diorama to represent a specific habitat, complete with carefully crafted details and thoughtful explanations. Visitors to the display were not only impressed by the quality of the projects but also by how confidently students spoke about their work. One guest shared, “They did a great job and are so proud!”
This project allowed students to combine science, art, and presentation skills in a meaningful and memorable way. Their excitement and enthusiasm were evident throughout the entire process.
Congratulations to our second graders for their curiosity, creativity, and hard work—you’ve made us all proud!
