Progress Update
Horizontal Construction is complete at Tara Creek. Building plans are approved and have been obtained. The Contractor has been released to begin clearing, fine grading and forming the building pads. Concrete and plumbing will be released as soon as the financing is in place. All easements have been signed and Georgia Power has ordered transformers. Installation of underground lines and transformers is expected in September.
