Thanksgiving and testimonies
Philippines and Hong Kong
This month the Lord allowed me to make two very short trips, but very significant.
First, I was in the Philippines, where I was received by the International Team Philippine Missionary Agency. I met some of the people who work in this agency, who welcomed me as if I were a member of the team; I felt at home. I was able to share my calling, as well as pray and worship together.
There is a young lady from that agency with a call to NK so I encouraged her to go forward with faith and perseverance in the call and attentive so that when God opens the doors for her she can come to South Korea for training.
I know now that I have a family in Christ in the Philippines that can welcome me with open arms.
My second trip was to Hong Kong, I was sharing with extraordinary people with love and passion to serve others. My trip to Hong Kong was very special because, when I was on the plane about to land God placed on my heart to pray deeply for this nation. Then the day after my arrival I went to visit NGONG PING 360 The world's 10 best cable car experience.
The cable car was very high, but when we were going up I did not know that there was a gigantic Buddha among the mountains. When we arrived, we started to do a prayer tour from that high place, asking God for mercy for thousands of people who go up to that place to worship that image. I asked God with all my heart to send missionaries to Hong Kong.
You who are reading this newsletter and have a calling to a nation that until now you do not know where to go, I encourage you to pray for Hong Kong and be the one who comes to bring the message of freedom and salvation to this nation.

This month has been a little complicated because of several decisions I have had to make, but I am very grateful to God for all the circumstances that make my life more dependent on him.
Due to the situation in Venezuela that started last July 28th, I can't return to my country. I was supposed to do the paperwork from Venezuela to obtain the Mexican visa, but 7 embassies withdrew from Venezuela and the visa process is practically suspended. This changed the itinerary I had; therefore, the security training I was supposed to do in Mexico must be done somewhere else, but I do not have the details yet for when and where it would take place.
Now I have to travel to France to my sister's house, I will be there for the time I am allowed to stay which is three months. During this period of time, I will continue to receive the online classes with the pioneer missionary agency, and I will also be studying Korean online.
The thanksgivings and testimonies continue.
Another thanksgiving that I want to share with you, is that I was accepted in the Institute of Integrity and Wisdom to do a diploma of Bible study online. The institute gave me a scholarship that covers 100% of the tuition.
In previous letters I informed you that to be part of the missionary agency Pioneers International Mexico I must fulfill several requirements among them I must complete some Bible studies, so I was looking for information, and thank God I had the help of brothers in the faith who were advising me and recommended me that institute.
Thank God for their faithfulness.

Testimony
Last year at Soogsil University, Alexas and I conducted research a city of NK.
The research yielded that according to the Decree (Preamble) No. 171 of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on December 10, Juche 108 (2019), Samjiyeon is established as a NEW CITY.
While Alexas and I were conducting the research we asked God that we want to go to this city, in prayer we told God to open the gates of Samjiyeon to know if the project we conducted could be possible.
So, God answered the prayer and this December 2024 the gates of NK are opened for foreigners. The city of Samjiyeon will be the first open city and the only one so far.
We, being Venezuelan, can enter, so we are preparing to have our first exploratory trip.
So far we are one of the first ones that are going to observe and recognize the land (Dt 1:19-33).
We are waiting for detailed information about the trip, so as soon as we have this information we will send it to you.
Don't forget to keep praying for the educational project for September 2025, remember I am waiting for your confirmation.
Very soon the doors of NK will be open, so people who think in the future to enter with long term projects can't stay in South Korea since, this country is considered enemy number 1 of the North. So many workers have to leave the South. There are several of us, including myself, who will soon leave for other countries (we are thinking of other countries as a base, including China, Japan, etc.).
Consequently, this month and next month will be a month of farewells. Although farewells are sad, we know that it is God who goes before us and that His plans are perfect.
I ask you to join me in praying for Venezuela.
- Peace in the midst of the storm
- For God to establish His Kingdom in Venezuela
- For the mourning families who have lost their children in the midst of protests.
- God establish His Justice and Judgment which are the foundation of His throne.
- For protection and provision over my family, friends and brothers in faith
- In the midst of the difficult situation that many may come to know Christ as their savior.
How to continue to remember me in prayer?
1. For my departure to France, it will be on September 26. May God watch over my departure and entry and protect me.
2. God give me wisdom, strength and guidance during my training process with the Pioneers International Mexico Missionary agency.
3. May I love our Lord more, with surrender. Love His Word, long for His presence, experience His joy, and be a good steward for His glory.
4. For the possible trip to NK for the month of December. May God prepare everything (wisdom, fullness of the Holy Spirit, guidance, humility, obedience and prudence).
5. There is a possibility that the year 2025 I will enter NK developing a long term project. My prayer is that God will guide and direct according to His good and perfect plan. Pray that God will open the right path, if this project is from God that my application will be processed and receive the Yes. If it is not God that he will be guiding us to his perfect plan.
6. Pray for perseverance, patience, and Faith.
