Bryant & Stratton College Women’s Soccer is a competitive, student-centered program committed to developing strong athletes, confident leaders, and successful college graduates. Our team competes in the USCAA, consistently striving for conference contention and national recognition while maintaining a culture rooted in discipline, ownership, and community. Our program has a proud history of welcoming student-athletes from across the country and around the world, creating a diverse, supportive environment where every player has the opportunity to grow—on the field, in the classroom, and as a person.
Our Program History
- Established as part of Bryant & Stratton College expansion of competitive athletics, the Syracuse Women’s Soccer program has steadily grown into a respected contender within the USCAA.
- Over the years, the Bobcats have produced All-Americans, Academic All-Americans, and standout graduates who have continued into four-year universities, coaching careers, and professional pathways.

Coaching Staff
David Pittman
Head coach
David Pittman brings a dynamic blend of player development, community impact, and competitive excellence to his role as Head Coach of the Bryant & Stratton College Women’s Soccer Team (Syracuse). With extensive experience across youth and high school soccer, he is known for developing technically confident players and building cultures rooted in hard work, resilience, and collaboration. Prior to Bryant & Stratton, he served as Youth Sports Program Manager at the YWCA of Syracuse & Onondaga County, leading initiatives such as Syracuse City FC and Soccer for Success to expand access to the game through strong school and community partnerships. In his first season, Pittman guided the Bobcats to a 6–4–1 record and a #3 seed at the USCAA National Championship despite significant roster challenges, exemplifying his leadership and adaptability. His coaching philosophy emphasizes creativity, possession, tactical discipline, and empowering student-athletes to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and as leaders.
Sylvie Willie
Assistant Coach
Coach Sylvie brings elite playing experience, strong coaching leadership, and a deep commitment to student-athlete development to Bryant & Stratton College Women’s Soccer. She began playing at age 13 and went on to represent her country at the U-20 National Team level before earning a call-up to the Senior National Team at just 18. After moving to the United States in 2017, she competed at the junior college level in Texas before completing her collegiate career at an NAIA program in Oklahoma. Since graduating, Sylvie has coached athletes ages 4 to 25 and currently serves on the Bryant & Stratton coaching staff, where she plays a key role in player development, mentorship, and creating a positive, competitive environment that supports success both on the field and in the classroom.
