What's App? A dive into what's available with Adobe

How you and students can login

Faculty/staff have a license that can be used on up to two machines. You are able to go to go to https://account.adobe.com/ and then follow these instructions to download. If you need help, contact Natalie Lindsey.

Students have several types of license they can use. Shared device licenses are available in campus labs, our Resource Center and our laptops. Shared device licenses only work on Jayhawk Wifi. Students can follow these instructions to login. Students may also purchase licenses from the bookstore and will receive instructions from them on how to install. The cost for these is $150 and last the school year.

Students without a CC license can also access Express Premium and Rush as part of their university tools anywhere. They will need to opt-in to access the premium version with their KU Online ID.

  • Visit Myidentity.ku.edu.
  • Select the button to “View licensing” in the lower right corner.
  • You should see information about Adobe Express. Select “Claim your license.”

To log in:

  • Choose the email option (if prompted).
  • Enter your KU email address.
  • If prompted, choose “Company or School Account.”
  • Sign in with your KU Online ID and password.
