Progress Update
Saddlehorn Ranch is located on 825 acres of land divided into 218 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. These new homes range from 3,400 sq ft. to 5,500 sq. ft. The project is divided into five different phases (or filings).
The first filing already has twelve homes constructed with more currently under construction. On July 16, we held a special grand opening event for interested buyers. Since then, four properties have been put under contract and more and more interest is growing each day!
As for progress on the homes themselves, this month we installed high end landscaping around our model homes on lots 24 and 27. Lots 2 and 22 are days away from receiving their certificate of occupancy (CO), and now all homes in development are complete except for lots 8, 10, and 23.
