Progress Update
Saddlehorn Ranch is located on 825 acres of land divided into 218 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. These new homes range from 3,400 sq ft. to 5,500 sq. ft. The project is divided into five different phases (or filings). We will have aerial images every other month during the winter.
The first filing already has twelve homes constructed with more currently under construction. Several of the existing homes have already been sold or are under contract, and home builders are gobbling up the vacant lots. Four more of the spec homes we are building should be completed by the end of the year. Approval from the county has been received for the entry monument. WE anticipate that also going in by the end of the year.
