SATURDAY, APRIL 26TH | 9:00-11:00 AM

Join us for our 3rd annual event, celebrating the world's enthusiasm for tai chi, qigong, & the mindfulness arts!

Whether you've been practicing for years, or you are just curious about what tai chi is like, this FREE outdoor event is a great chance to try tai chi & qigong, meet the different groups in the area, and see some beautiful performances.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

  • 9:00 - 10:00 AM – We will have intros, demos, & lessons
  • 10:00 - 10:20 AM – Global practice time & you can follow along!
  • 10:20 - 11:00 AM – Breakouts, lessons, Q&A, & discussions
  • 11:00 AM – Event ends & optional group meal at a restaurant (TBD)

**We are still building our event schedule, and we invite all of the local tai chi groups and communities to message us directly beforehand to participate in this event. We hope all the local teachers can be represented this year!**
