A Year-End Message from Chris LeBel

As we close the books on 2024, we are thankful for our many fortunes. A struggling economy and uncertainty regarding the election combined to pose difficulties for many businesses, and our team went above and beyond to ensure another strong year for the company. The Systems Group experienced it’s best year ever and the distribution arm of our business continues on a steady growth path. 2024 saw the hiring of additional assembly technicians, two people to support our inside sales operations, and a new Salesman in Southern New England. Due to our commitment to promoting/servicing the Doosan Robotics collaborative robot offering, we were awarded with Doosan’s premier “Platinum” distributor designation.

The potential for continued growth in 2025 is very exciting. We expect 2025 to see many of our customers take advantage of the benefits of incorporating collaborative robot technology in a very tight labor market. Expectations are for significant growth in both our distribution and Systems business. Our website is undergoing a complete overhaul, and we can’t wait to roll it out in early Q2. The new site/eStore will make your business interactions with IAS easier, more useful, and more efficient. We remain steadfastly committed to providing the best possible service both before and after the sale in the pursuit of exceeding our customer’s expectations.
