ADMINISTRATOR'S MESSAGE
Dear H.E.B Families, Hoping everyone had a happy and safe Spring Break! We find ourselves in April already, completing our Lenten journey, as we embark into spring activities.
Easter Message With great power the apostles gave their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. ~ Acts 4:33
Alleluia, He is risen! That joyful proclamation is at the very heart of our faith. Jesus Christ, God’s perfect gift, has redeemed us from sin. This scripture is so very significant to us, not just as Catholics, but particularly as Catholics who are living out our vocations. Each day, we are called to bear witness to the great promise that is to be found in Jesus Christ. It is the foundation of our great grace-filled mission! Just as the apostles were overjoyed as they encountered our Messiah on the road to Emmaus, we wish you a joyous Easter season filled with encounters with the Risen Christ! Our school will celebrate Easter Mass with the students on April 7th at 10 am at Annunciation Church as all of our students and staff will walk to church. We renew our call as a People of Hope to bring light to our world. I would also like to share some sad news that Mrs. Rolph DeVicque will be moving to Archbishop O’Leary High School next year serving as Assistant Principal at the High School level. Nicole will continue to serve Edmonton Catholic Schools with all of her amazing skills and Science perspective. O’Leary and that school community know her well, as she worked there for a number of years prior to working as a school leader within our division as an administrator. The O’Leary community are the lucky ones and are excited to welcome her back. We will all miss Nicole, she is a true professional, a Catholic leader who strives to see all the students in her school succeed. She is one of a kind, she is very intelligent, and is a very hard worker who is very diligent in every part of her role. Replacing Mrs. Rolph-DeVicque will be Mr. Ford who currently serves as an EDIAR Consultant for our division. Mr. Ford was a math teacher and basketball coach at Louis St. Laurent for many years in both the junior high and the senior high side. Welcome Mr. Ford!!! We wish you all the best in your position as Assistant Principal at H.E.Beriault for the 2026-2027 school year. Leon Vandendooren Principal

Multicultural Day
Each year the HEB M.A.D Club hosts our Multicultural day-HEB's version of Heritage Days. Students set up booths to share their culture, prepare cuisine for students to try, perform dances and play instruments--it is amazing to see our students proudly sharing so much of their heritage with one another! We love the vast spread of cultures we have here at HEB. Multicultural Day will be held on Tuesday, April 21
