Event details at a glance

A free weekly creative gathering for artists, songwriters, musicians, poets, producers, and music lovers to connect, share, create, and build community

Purpose & Background

The soul purpose of RÊGENERATE is to bring back being human. In a world that constantly asks us to produce, post, perform, compete, and keep moving, this space is here to remind us that we are allowed to pause. We are allowed to create without judgment. We are allowed to share without perfection. We are allowed to listen, laugh, cry, sing, write, speak, rest, and connect. RÊGENERATE is not just an event. It is a community space for artists, musicians, poets, dreamers, and everyday people who need room to breathe again. Come as you are. Bring what you have. Be.

This event will occur 4pm - 7pm every last Tuesday at Back Table (816 S. Elm St, Suite A) in the the backyard.

Community Guidelines

Respect the space:

  • Treat the venue, furniture, equipment, food areas, vendor tables, instruments, and shared materials with care.
  • Clean up after yourself when possible, throw away trash, and help us leave the space better than we found it.

Respect Each other:

  • Everyone is coming in with their own story, energy, background, and comfort level. Please be kind, patient, and mindful of others. No harassment, bullying, discrimination, unwanted touching, aggressive behavior, or disrespect will be tolerated.

This is a space for community, not ego.

Come As you are

  • You do not have to perform, network, talk a lot, or prove anything to belong here.
  • You are welcome to participate, listen, observe, rest, eat, create, play games, support others, or simply be present.

Music Sharing + performances

  • When someone is sharing music, poetry, a beat, a story, or an idea, please give them your respect.

Games and Activities

Games and activities are here to bring joy, laughter, and connection into this atmosphere.

  • Please participate with good sportsmanship. Keep teasing playful, not personal. No shaming, pressuring, or making anyone feel embarrassed for joining in.

Food and drinks

Please be mindful of portions so everyone has a chance to eat. If you have allergies or dietary needs, check before eating anything you are unsure about.

  • Keep food and drinks away from instruments, sound equipment, vendor products, and performance areas unless told otherwise.

Vendors and creative tables

Please do not touch products, art, instruments, merchandise, or supplies without permission. Ask questions, connect, browse, and support however you can. **Even if you cannot buy something, kindness and genuine interest still go a long way.**

Substances and safety

Please respect the rules of the venue regarding alcohol, smoking, and substances. Do not pressure anyone to drink, smoke, or participate in anything they are uncomfortable with. Take care of yourself and look out for the people around you.

Conflict and Boundaries

If something feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespectful, please let an organizer know. Boundaries are welcome here. “No,” “not right now,” and “I need space” should always be respected. We want this to be a space where people feel safe enough to be real.
