  • (2019 to Present) DIRECTV: Manager, Call Center - Customer Loyalty. Directs work activities to achieve volume expected to meet operational goals and unit and revenue objectives. Responsible for the daily application of DIRECTV's organizational policies and procedures. Monitors representatives according to documented standards. Provides feedback, coaching, training, motivation, and support to representatives. Designs weekly email newsletter for Huntington and Grayson call centers. In addition, provides marketing communications support and marketing incentives for both sites.
  • (2012 to 2019) DIRECTV: Client Support Specialist: Responsible for resolving all escalated customer issues and assisting customer service representatives with de-escalation and problem solving via chat and phone resources.
  • (2007 to Present) Macon Graphics: Owner and Web Designer. Designed content and inventory management systems; ecommerce solutions; and marketing and publicity materials. Sold website hosting and design services through www.macongraphics.com.
  • (2003 to 2007) Fenton Art Glass: Internet Developer and Webmaster for fentonartglass.com and fentongiftshop.com. Managed websites for Fenton dealers; designed email newsletters for consumers and promotional newsletters for dealers; created audio/visual presentations; managed Fenton's eBay program and their affiliate program.
  • (2002 to 2003) Amerimag: Graphic Artist and Web Designer for amerimaginc.com. Designed the company's product catalogs, brochures, printed flexible magnets and publicity material.
  • (2000 to 2002) Par Mar Stores: Marketing and Sales Team Leader for parmarstores.com. Designed company newsletter; designed all advertising materials; wrote ad copy and press releases. Executed promotional strategies; set product placement; analyzed sales trends; managed product retails; forecast sales; and managed vendor relations.
  • (1994 to 2000) PressMark Printing: Pre-Press Graphics Manager. Designer for all printed materials including 4-color process. Digital printing consultant for customers and the sales staff.
