Training Schedule

Fall is our main season and packed full with excitement from trainings sessions, to film review, to the most coveted GAME DAYS! In the fall, we train three to four times a week with more than 24 hours in between soccer functions. Our student-athletes are also led in the weight room by Coach Juice two to three times a week. Film sessions are common and sprinkled in throughout the season. Coach Sullivan is known for his voice over film videos where players are assisted in making connections about the game and training sessions themes.

Match Days

Match days take place mostly on Wednesdays and Saturdays with everything from pre-game meetings, dance parties in the locker room, and tailgates in the parking lot. Players are also known for their ritual of writing a core value word on their legs and arms in black marker to remind them of the team's mental support through tough games!

Winter and spring period

Our off season training schedule can vary but the team stays connected during the off season months with team training, weight training with Coach Juice, and futsal. Team trainings are anywhere from two to three times a week, optional functional training two times a week, and weight training three times a week. During the off season, the team also takes time to meet as an entire group to adjust and refine our team's core values and work on relationships off the field!

Our off season game schedule usually consist of three match days which is a great opportunity for players to stay sharp, work on new ideas, and focus on their development away from the pressures of matches in the fall.
