Pre-Arrival Info Needed

To ensure our guests spend more time at the campfire and less time in the office, we are pre-preparing all parking passes for your upcoming stay. Your stay includes parking for up to two (2) overnight vehicles. To have your pass(es) ready for you at check-in, please inform us of the following by Thursday, May 28th:

1. Driver 1 Name: (Primary Guest - Checking In at Arrival)
2. Driver 2 Name: (Second Registered Overnight Guest - Arriving Separately)

If your second vehicle is arriving separately, please let us know so we can hold their pass at the guard shack or clubhouse for a smooth entry. Email us at miltonkoaactivities@gmail.com or call our office at (608) 868-4141. Please be aware that if you do not notify us ahead of time, both car passes will be placed in your welcome packet. In this case, it will be your responsibility to bring the second pass to the guard shack or clubhouse prior to the second vehicle's arrival. Because no cars may enter the park without a pass, any person arriving without one will be charged as a visitor for the day. As a reminder, all registered vehicles must fit entirely within the gravel or cement portion of your assigned site. To preserve our grounds, parking on any part of the grass is strictly prohibited. If your vehicles do not fit comfortably on your site pad, please park in the clubhouse parking lot. Please remember that every vehicle on the grounds must have a car pass displayed at all times.

Check-In & Check Out

Check-In

Want to arrive early? Early check-in is available for $5.00 per hour prior to our standard 3:00 PM check-in time. To ensure your site is ready for you, please contact the office before your arrival to check availability.

Thursday Arrivals:

Arriving this Thursday? We can't wait to see you! When you arrive, please pull into any available spot in the clubhouse parking lot. Stop by the front desk inside the clubhouse so we can get you checked in before you head over to your campsite to settle in.

Friday & Saturday Arrivals:

Weekend arrivals, welcome! When you enter the campground this Friday or Saturday, make your first stop the guard shack. If you're camping, we'll hand over your welcome packet on the spot so you can go straight to your site and start relaxing. If you've booked a cabin or cottage, check in briefly at the guard shack first, then they'll send you up to the clubhouse to finalize your paperwork and grab your keys. Please have your physical Driver's License and Credit Card ready. Note that the guest checking in and signing the agreement must be the same person the reservation is booked under.

After Hours Arrivals:

Arriving after hours? If you arrive after the clubhouse has closed, we've made it easy for you to settle in. You can find your welcome packet in the late-night check-in box on the back side of the woodshed (located directly in front of the clubhouse). As you drive past the guard shack, just look for the "Train Depot" sign and the light on the woodshed. Open the box, find the orange envelope with your name on it, and you're all set to head to your site. Give us a heads-up if you know you'll be arriving late so we can have everything ready for you!

Check-Out

Check-out time for campsites is 1:00 PM. No formal check-out is required at the clubhouse, just leave your site as clean as you found it. We are unable to offer late check-outs, so please plan for a 1:00 PM departure.

Check-out time for cabins and cottages is 11:00 AM. Please drop your keys off at the clubhouse once your belongings are packed.

Want to stay a little longer? While your campsite or rental must be vacated on time, feel free to park at the clubhouse and keep using the facilities for the day!

All-Day Fun & Activities

Sports Ball Rentals: Ready for a game? Borrow basketballs, footballs, Gaga balls, kickballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, or frisbees for free! Campers of all ages can stop by the clubhouse to check them out. Just give us your name and site number, and please make sure everything is returned at least one hour before we close. Outdoor Game Rentals: Head down to the recreation field for some friendly competition! Adults (21+) can check out bean bags, giant Connect 4, ladder ball, shuffleboard, or pickleball at the clubhouse. We just need your name, site number, and a $25 cash deposit or a physical credit card on hold. Your deposit will be happily returned when the game comes back undamaged with all its pieces. Please return all sets at least one hour before we close. The Arcade Room: Located on the basement level of the clubhouse, the Arcade Room is ready for action! Our machines take quarters or dollars. If you need change, just stop by the counter, and we'll be happy to exchange your money for quarters. The Rec Room (New for 2026!): Your upstairs getaway for games, puzzles, reading, and movies! Whether you’re looking to dive into a good book or challenge the family to a board game, this is the perfect spot to unplug and relax. Located on the upper indoor deck of the clubhouse, The Rec Room is a great place to kick back, grab a seat, and enjoy some indoor fun! Souvenir Coloring T-Shirts: Grab a wearable souvenir! Purchase a coloring t-shirt at the clubhouse and get creative. You can use your own fabric markers, borrow a set of ours to use in the Rec Room, or take the project back to your site. We have various designs available in youth sizes XS-L. $10.00 + Tax DIY Magnet Painting Kit: Our magnet kits are the perfect grab-and-go activity for a quiet afternoon. Choose your favorite design. Each kit comes ready to go with one magnet, a paintbrush, and six paint colors. Pick yours up at the clubhouse and start painting! $5.00 + Tax

Saturday, May 30th

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Yappy Hour at Kamp K9 A self-guided social hour for pups and their owners at the dog park. Visit the clubhouse for dog toys, Tail Bangers cookies, or pup cups! 10:30 AM Magic Matt & His Family Fun Show Join us by the pool area (below the deck) for a high-energy magic show packed with audience participation and incredible balloon artistry! Perfect for the whole family. 11:00 AM Milton KOA Express Train Ride $2.00 Join us for a two-lap train ride around the campground. Tickets are just $2.00 at the clubhouse. Meet at the Train Depot and get ready to ring the whistle! (Runs until the line is empty!) 12:00 PM FREE Hot Dogs Head over to the pool area (below the deck) for freshly grilled hot dogs on us, available until they're gone! Limit 2 per person per trip through the line. 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Cajun Cheese Curd Samples Stop by the Snack Attack Shack for free Cajun cheese curd samples! Golf Cart Information

To operate a golf cart on the property (whether it is a rental or guest-owned), the driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License.

If You Are Renting a Golf Cart:

To pick up your rental golf cart, the registered driver must come to the office to complete the rental agreement.

• Pick-Up Time: 3:00 PM on your scheduled pick-up day.
• Return Time: 1:00 PM on your scheduled return day.
• What to Bring: You must have your physical Driver's License and a Credit Card present to finalize the agreement.

If You Are Bringing a Personal Golf Cart:

All personal golf carts must be registered at the office immediately upon arrival to receive a park-authorized sticker.

• Electric Carts Only: Only electric golf carts are permitted. Gas-powered carts are not allowed in the park.
• Registration: Please bring your physical Driver's License and Proof of Insurance to the office to complete the registration agreement. To save time, you can email us a copy of your golf cart insurance in advance at miltonkoaactivities@gmail.com, and we'll have it ready for you.
• Annual Fee: There is an annual registration fee of $30.00 plus tax. This sticker is valid for the current calendar year.

Day Visitors

We love seeing your friends and family! To ensure the park remains comfortable and secure for all our registered campers, please note our visitor policy:

• Check-In Required: All visitors must register at the guard shack or office. There is a $5.00 per person visitor fee. All visitors must exit the park by 11:00 PM.
• Pre-Pay Option: If you would like to pay for your guests in advance, simply stop by the office. We'll prepare the pass before your visitor's arrival, and they can simply grab it from the guard shack or clubhouse when they arrive.
• Visitor Parking: To keep campsites and roads clear and safe, all visitor vehicles must park in the clubhouse parking lot with a visible vehicle pass. Please remember that the parking passes included with your site are exclusively for registered overnight guests and cannot be transferred to day visitors.

Firewood, Ice, & Propane

Firewood, ice, and propane are available for purchase daily at the clubhouse during daylight hours. Please note that all sales are final.

Availability:

• Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

We offer firewood delivery right to your site from morning until dusk. Just call the office or stop in to place your order. If you choose to bring your own wood, please ensure it is sourced from within a 10-mile radius of the campground to help us prevent the spread of invasive species.

Trash & Recycling

We provide convenient curbside pickup daily at 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Please place your items at the edge of your site at these times only. We do not have public trash drop-off locations within the campground.

To assist with sorting, please use black bags for household trash and clear bags for recyclables (cans, glass, paper, cardboard, plastic bottles). To keep our park clean and avoid attracting wildlife, do not leave trash out after the 7:00 PM pickup. If you need more bags, please stop by the clubhouse, and we will provide them.

Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, please dial 911. After-Hours Assistance: For urgent park matters after the clubhouse is closed, please call (608) 921-2109. Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather, please seek immediate shelter in the nearest bathhouse. Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful stay for all, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Local Info: For local news and weather updates, tune your radio to 99.9 WJVL.
