Payment Methods:

Reservations secured with a deposit by May 1, 2026, are eligible for a payment option. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. All remaining balances must be paid in full by September 5, 2026, and pricing is subject to change until the deposit is received.

Monthly Payments:

If you choose the monthly payment plan, payments are mandatory and must be made on time. Reservations may be cancelled without notice if no payment is received within 60 days. If you experience financial difficulties, please contact your Travel Expert immediately. Text messaging is not accepted as an official form of communication.

Timely Payments

All monthly payments must be submitted by the assigned due dates to keep your reservation active. If traveling with a roommate, each traveler is responsible for ensuring their individual payments are made on time.

Late Payments

Any outstanding balance after the final payment due date will incur a late fee, beginning the day following the due date. Text messaging is not accepted as an official form of communication.

Full Payment:

You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

Final Payment:

All payments must be completed by September 5,2026. If you anticipate a delay, contact Monique Cameron your Travel Expert or Customer Service at least 30 days prior to the due date to discuss possible arrangements. Text messaging is not accepted as an official form of communication.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $200 cancellation fee per person. Please email your cancellation request to your Travel Expert or Customer Service and include: Booking Number Full Name Travel Dates A completed cancellation request form is required. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us. Name Changes: Allowed up to the final payment date for a $250 fee.

Important Travel Notes

• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to travel without an accompanying adult.
• Passport Please ensure you have the correct travel documents prior to departure. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. U.S. citizens should also confirm that their passport includes at least one full blank VISA page. Visa requirements vary by destination and citizenship. We strongly recommend verifying entry requirements directly with the appropriate consulate or a trusted visa service. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for confirming all entry and transit requirements with their respective consulates before travel.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
• To sail on Virgin Voyages, a passport is required. Your passport is required to be valid up to 6 months past your final sailing date. For this sailing your passport should not expire on or before July 15, 2027. When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise leaves San Juan, PR on January 9, 2027 and will return on January 16, 2027. You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from San Juan. The airport you will fly into is Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The airport code is SJU.
• We strongly suggest to find a flight to get you into San Juan, PR one day before the cruise. If you are flying in on the same day, please plan to arrive no later than 12 PM local time. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. You are required to secure your own transportation to the port (Pier 4/ Paseo Concepcion de Garcia) from the airport.
• Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.. Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 15 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
• Please be sure to note any special dietary needs at least 90 days prior to check-in.
