rob's report
September is in the books and our results were a "mixed bag" for sure! Loan volume, locks and applications were all off 10% or so but our total pipeline increased by 27 loans and about $3 M. Statistical anomaly or the sign of an improved 4th quarter? Hoping for the latter!
We finished September with 182 funded loans for $47.1 M. Application volume was still solid at 223 while future locks dipped to 172 loans for $41.6 M. Now that the government has decided to remain open (at least in the short term), we can only hope this will lead to some stability in the market and yes, a dip in these pesky high interest rates.

Cher Gebara
Processor, Virginia Beach, VA
Cher Gebara is a mother, daughter, sister, significant other, and a loyal friend. Her primary focus in life revolves around being the best mother and role model for her 24-year-old daughter, A’Lexus. Born in California, raised in New Mexico, and later relocating to Virginia as a military spouse, Cher has called Virginia her home for the past 25 years, spanning coast to coast.
Despite holding a bachelor's degree in psychology, Cher's professional career has predominantly been in the field of finance. With over a decade of experience, she has spent the last 10+ years working in the mortgage industry. Her journey began at Bank of America, where she processed default mortgages for 5 years, and she has continued her mortgage processing career with TMSI for nearly 6 years.
When she isn't engrossed in her role as a diligent mortgage processor, Cher enjoys cozy evenings watching movies with her boyfriend, Xavier, exploring new travel destinations, or simply unwinding with her family and friends. Family and friends hold significant importance in Cher's life, and she often takes the lead in organizing gatherings for their collective enjoyment. Her passion for photography enables her to capture and treasure precious moments, as she recognizes that life is uncertain, and memories become invaluable treasures as time progresses.
