Progress Update
The final irrigation meter has been set. Manhole testing is also complete. Civil work is expected to be completed soon that includes pouring manhole concrete encasements, repair detention vault, and finalize SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) repairs. All public underground utilities are primarily complete. The fencing around the detention pond has been installed and the sod placed inside the detention pond. All that remains on the detention pond is to install the auto control valve and the solar panel.
