Progress Update

Construction at Botanica Oak Hills has continued steadily over the past few months. Notably, all Tyvek wrap installation is now complete on erected buildings, and stucco work has been finalized through building 18, leaving five buildings to go. Framing for all buildings, except those being adjusted to a 1-unit design, has been successfully finished. The door installation process is in progress for Phase 1, and exterior woodlook and black slate tile installation has been successfully carried out across Phases 1, 2, and parts of 3.

Additionally, electrical meter panels have been installed throughout Phase 1 and has started in Phase 2. Interior and exterior painting efforts are underway throughout Phase 1. Various installation tasks, including fins, flooring, fire protection, cabinets, countertops, and bathroom tiles, have reached notable completion milestones, reflecting steady advancement. Looking ahead, the Phase 5’s floor plans are complete and have been submitted for permits.
