What is PDC?
The National ACT Professional Development Conference aims to create an enriching and supportive environment where agricultural communications students can advance their skills, expand their professional networks and engage in meaningful community service. By organizing this conference, OSU ACT aims to facilitate valuable learning experiences, encourage connections between students and industry leaders, and contribute positively to the community.
Registration Information
Registration is open until the conference begins! Use the link below to access registration.
Early Bird Registration - $150 for both students and advisers. Early Bird Registration is open now due December 31, 2024. Registration cost includes conference materials, meals and the conference T-shirt.
Late Registration - $175 for both students and advisers. Late registration begins on or after January 1, 2025. Late registration cost includes conference materials and meals; however, a conference T-shirt is not guaranteed.

Know Before You Go!
Here is some important information you should know before you attend PDC!
Travel:
If flying, book you can fly into the Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO), which is 10 minutes from campus. You can also book flights to Tulsa (TUL) and Oklahoma City (OKC). If driving, use this link to access directions to Agricultural Hall on Oklahoma State University's campus.
Hotel: Home2 Suites by Hilton Stillwater
All attendees are responsible for booking accommodations. Use this link to book rooms in the National ACT Professional Development Conference block at the Home2 Suites. The rate is $129 per night. The hotel's address is 306 East Hall of Fame Ave, Stillwater, OK 74074. The hotel provides a complementary breakfast for all guests.
Parking:
Parking passes will be provided for all vehicles. More information to come!

Level 1 | $500
$500 sponsors will be mentioned in the program materials and a small-sized logo will be displayed on a rotating presentation during the conference.
Level 2 | $1,000
$1,000 sponsors will be mentioned in the program materials and a medium-sized logo will be displayed on a rotating presentation during the conference.
Level 3 | $2,500
$2,500 sponsors will be mentioned in the program materials, a large-sized logo will be displayed on a rotating presentation during the conference, verbal recognition at the Gala Dinner, opportunity to speak with attendees and an invite to the Gala Dinner.
