Y2 GREAT FIRE OF LONDON

The Year 2 children have enjoyed a workshop on 'The Great Fire of London'. They used movement to make dancing flames to music and then worked together to fight the fire using fire hooks and leather buckets. Finally, they used drama to act out a day in the life of London in 1666.

They also had a wonderful time meeting some local fire fighters and learning about their fire engine and the equipment they use to save lives.
