Happy Birthday Photoshop!
Photoshop celebrated its 35th birthday in February and gave us a gift by now being available on the iPhone. That's right, the FULL Photoshop on iPhone.
Future Creatives meets Friday at 11 a.m. Future Creatives is our student creative group focused on learning more in Adobe and creating portfolio content. March is all about building skills in Premiere.

Accessibility
Making content accessible means everyone can engage with and understand what you’re sharing. It’s all about inclusivity, making sure more people can access information, services, and opportunities without barriers. Plus, accessibility improves the overall user experience, making things clearer and easier to navigate for everyone. On top of that, it’s not just the right thing to do—it also aligns with legal guidelines and shows a real commitment to diversity and equal access.
The Adobe Express scheduler now offers the ability to add Alt text directly to the image prior to posting.
You can also use Acrobat and InDesign to create accessible PDFs.
What resources are available?
Ask Heather to appear in your class or assist in developing content on accessibility using Adobe tools. You can also stop by the JBar to ask questions.
Content Authenticity
Adobe’s Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) is all about bringing more trust and transparency to digital content. It helps creators attach secure info—like when and how something was made—so people can verify if an image, video, or document is legit. In a world where AI-generated content and misinformation are everywhere, this is a big deal. It gives artists credit for their work and helps viewers make informed decisions about what they’re seeing online.
The CAI site also has a tool that allows you to inspect content.
