Sing and Dance

One part of Paul's letter to the Philippians says to pray about everything. We can always talk to Jesus, our Savior. Let's sing about that!

God's Word

Read today's story in Philippians. Paul writes to be like Jesus.

Memory Verse

Philippians 2:1-2 If then there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by thinking the same way, having the same love, sharing the same feelings, focusing on one goal.

• Have you ever Got a card or letter in the mail? Who was it from? • What does Paul write about in His Letter to the Philippians? • What does it look or sound like to be Like Jesus?

  • Do you know how to address an envelope? Ask an adult to help you learn how.
  • If you could design a stamp, what would it look like? Click here for a blank stamp to decorate.
  • Paul wrote many letters about Jesus and His saving love for us. Write a letter to someone about Jesus saving us from sin by dying on the cross and rising again.

Pray+ Bless

Prayer: Jesus, Help us to be more like you every day. Write your love on our hearts and help us to share it with others. Amen.

Blessing: Circle up as a household. Pick someone to start the blessing. They say, "Jesus loves us. And that means me (place a hand on your chest). And that means you (place your other hand on the shoulder of the person next to you)". Pass the blessing by repeating those words and actions. When the blessing makes it back to the first person, they say, "Go and bless the world."
