Below are the removal and installation progress drawings for the stones. These drawings are used to track stone status. Stones highlighted in blue are cleaned. Stones highlighted in yellow are removed. Stones highlighted in green are installed. The drawings are updated weekly and will remain pinned at the top of the page for easy access.

The stone removal continues to progress on the northeast and north elevations. Approximately ninety five percent of the stones on the northeast elevation have been removed. Removal of all vertical stones on the project is anticipated to be completed within the next two weeks. Major demolition is also underway. Demolition began at the southeast corner of the patio and is progressing north. The photos below reflect the current project progress
Update 3/3/2026
Stone removal continues to progress. All vertical stones on the south elevation have been removed, along with most of the southeast stones. A few base stones remain on the northeast elevation. Most vertical stones have been removed up to the stairs. Saw cutting on the terrace is complete. Hand demolition and chipping are currently in progress. Electrical demolition has begun. All wiring has been removed on the south, southeast, and most of the northeast elevations. The geothermal disconnect is complete. Wood protection has been installed over the exposed geothermal lines. Update Week Ending 2/20/2026
All vertical stones on the south side and most of the southeast elevation have been removed. Stone washing continues ahead of north and northeast demolition. Sitecon is installing building protection ahead of saw cutting. Stones are being packaged and moved off-site. The photos below capture this update.

The cleaning, removal, and packaging of the stones is in progress. The majority of the stone veneer and the pavers on the south elevation have been removed. The urns on all elevations have been removed and palletized. The photos below capture this update.

The site access road is installed. Grande Masonry has mobilized on the project. Cleaning, removal, and packaging of the stone has begun. Removal and packaging of the urns has also begun. Photos below capture this update.
