GAME DAY POLICIES
Policies for Raven Row "Wet" Lot
- Parking lot will open 2.5 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game
- Parking is limited, thus one car, one space will be enforced.
- The tailgating area will conclude one (1) hour following the conclusion of the game.
Portable restrooms are available in the upper DiGregorio lot. Additional facilities are located at Sodexo Field.
The University reserves the right to close down the tailgating area and to dismiss any person from the premises for violations of this policy or when it determines it is required for public safety purposes.
Legal Restrictions
- The legal age for possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages in New Hampshire is 21.
- It is illegal to provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.
- Attendees are expected to obey all laws and may face arrest and prosecution if the law is violated.
Policy Restrictions Violators of the policy restrictions outlined below will be asked to cease the behavior or leave the event. Those that persist may be subject to arrest and/or campus discipline.
- All patrons of the Raven Row tailgate lot will be ID’d upon entry. Patrons who are 21+ will be presented with a unique wristband designating their status. Patrons under 21 will not be issued a wristband indicating that they are younger than 21 years of age
- Anyone in possession of or consuming alcoholic beverages must produce a valid ID to Rindge Police and/or University Staff when requested.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages outside of the tailgate lot is prohibited. This includes any other part of the stadium or campus as well as on public roadways.
- The university encourages the consumption of food throughout the duration of tailgating, especially when alcohol will be consumed by patrons.
- Alcohol must remain in its original container (beer can, plastic bottle, etc).
- Kegs, glass bottles and solo cups are prohibited.
- The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
- Drinking games (included but not limited to beer pong), and the use of devices intended to accelerate the consumption of alcohol (including but not limited to funnels or beer bongs) are prohibited.
- Loud, abusive language and behavior that prevent others from enjoying tailgating is prohibited.
- No solicitation of any kind is allowed on FPU property. This includes banners, raffles, or the selling of any products (food, drink, apparel, souvenirs) without written permission from FPU.
- Food and beverage may not be brought into Sodexo Field from non-sanctioned vendors.
- Fires built on the ground and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Use of propane (20lb maximum tanks) grills are permitted with safety as the highest priority. Placement of grills should not be underneath tent(s).
- Patrons cannot bring their own tent(s). Approved tents must be purchased though FPU athletics.
- Tents have access to electricity.
- Crockpots are permitted not to exceed two (2) per tent.
- No backpacks allowed in Sodexo Field or tailgating areas. Clear bag policy in effect (clear tote bags smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”) will be allowed into the stadium. One-gallon clear plastic bags and/or small handheld clutch purses or smaller will be allowed. All bags are subject to search and inspection.
- No weapons of any type allowed on campus or in the stadium areas.
- No umbrellas are permitted in tailgating areas.
- Pets are not permitted in Raven Row. Exceptions will be made for service animals however they must be indicated as such with proper identification.
- No air horns or electronic amplifiers.
- Smoking is not permitted per policy to include any type of tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or any type of cannabis or marijuana by-product to include prescription or medical marijuana.
- Respect for the surrounding community is imperative. Noise must be kept to a respectable level and trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
