Project Update
Horizontal construction is 90% complete for Columbus Creek. Mass grading and stream crossing installed by Alliance and 80% of the work within our scope is complete. Sewer and water structures and pipe are on site and 80% installed. 90% of wall installation is complete with one final wall to be installed by Alliance.
On July 15th, we took over NPDES monitoring and site overview from Alliance. We have found one small area of rock which the contractor is addressing. Anticipated curb and water to be installed by middle of September. Completion of horizontal improvements and submittal of final plat anticipate October 15th.
