Happy Monday! The dancers had a blast greeting HEB ISD staff at Convocation and the All-City dancers slayed their performance, too. The Raiderettes will perform at tonight's Raider Rally at 7:30 p.m. Dancers need to be dressed and ready at 5:30 p.m. REMINDER: Tuesday is our first Booster Club Meeting of the school year at 7:00 p.m. in the library. We hope every dancer is represented at this meeting. We will fill the VP of Fundraising position and also we have an open Secretary position now. Please see below for details and let us know if you are interested! And don't forget to register your dancer for the NYC trip by Thursday, August 10. Executive Board Open Position- Secretary
We are currently looking for a parent volunteer for the position of Secretary to join this year's Raiderette Booster Club Board. Officers must be members in good standing (i.e. all dance team and booster club fees paid to date). All elected officers must have passed a background check on file with HEB school district and VIPS status must be current. Interested?!? Please provide your information on this form. Thank you!

team trip- NYC March 8-11, 2024
We are traveling with the Greenlight company and the trip's website is up and running. Please follow this link to register your dancer. There will be a $50 registration fee at the time of registration. Registration will close on the first day of school- August 10. After the registration process, Green Light will break down the payments into a monthly payment plan directly to the travel company. The cost of the trip is a little higher than anticipated due to airline costs. We will be doing lots of fundraisers this year and hope much of this cost will come down from the efforts of fundraising. Round trip airfare is included in the price; the price is based on the number of travelers so there could be an updated price after we receive a count of participants and chaperones. Please let the directors know if you are interested in chaperoning.

Happy back to school week, we are looking forward to this being the best year of Raiderettes yet! I can't wait to see our dancers performing at those Friday night lights, pep rally routines, and other fun events. Today, we will have our next performance at Raider Rally in the Main Gym at 7:30 p.m. Dancers will need to be dressed in full uniform and ready to go in C-gym at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday we will have our booster club meeting, and if you are interested in information about trip please attend. Monday September 4th is a school holiday, but we will have practice 8-11 a.m. to learn our contest pom routine. We have lots of exciting things coming up, please be checking all emails, Raiderette calendar, and make sure your dancer is checking Groupme. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
