Progress Update
Framing is complete for all buildings except the one being adjusted to a 1-unit design. While we had a structural engineering delay, but a resolution has been initiated. Rough door installation is complete for all erect buildings. Concrete paving is complete for the East, North, and West drive. Exterior woodlook, slate, and painting is complete on buildings 1-10 and 24. Buildings 19 and 20 have MEP rough ins in progress as well as fire protection installation. Building 1-10 gutters and downspout installation is 25% complete. Garage doors are installed in buildings 1-8. The fitness room rubber flooring is complete and the space painted. Cabana walls and pool equipment room is stil 75% complete.
A lot of work in Phase 1 has happened. Interior painting, flooring installation, bathroom tile, and cabinet installation is complete. Countertop installation is 75% complete, metal shelving installation is at 50%, metal shelving is at 50%, light fixtures at 90%, stairway tile at 25%, and backsplash is ongoing. Appliances have been received onsite, building signage was delivered and installed, and Fin installation continues.
