Phillomena Dance School Ltd
We did email everyone at the beginning of summer to let you know that we are now a Ltd company as we have had to register for VAT. This has been a huge stressful change to our business & we thank you for your continued support. VAT will be added to all dance fees from September 1st 2023 & dance kit when necessary (larger adult sizes only). Examinations remain exempt. We have also had to change bank accounts - if you pay by bank transfer - please pay to the following new account:
Changes to your data
Please may we remind you that if you have moved house, changed mobile numbers or have any changes to medical conditions that we should know about - please login into your parent portal on our Class Manager Software, so we are kept up to date with any changes to your Data we hold.
Giving notice to leave
Although we are always very sad to hear of students leaving - please may we remind you that we require four weeks notice to withdraw from any classes or the dance school as a whole - as per our T&C's.
Set uniform
Please can we remind everyone that we have set uniforms for all our classes, which can only be purchased from us direct. Our set uniforms are part of our Term's & Conditions which are agreed/accepted by everyone when enrolling with the school.
Please remember - we are a dance school - not a club - so please ensure your child has the correct required uniform for their classes.
Referral Credits
Please don't forget to Spread The Phillomena Love by referring your family or friends. Every referral that fully enrols into the school, gives you £20 credit on your account!

October Half Term Camp
Descendants - Wednesday 25th October is our morning camp for juniors from age 3+years - 9.30-12.30pm in our Stoneleigh Studio. A fun morning of all things The Descendants - Singing, dancing, games, arts & crafts £25 +VAT per child (Early Bird Booking £20 + VAT if booked & paid by 13/10/23).

Exam News
Congratulations to all our students that took exams in July, especially to those that were examined online again. The results have been amazing - you should be very proud of yourselves - we know we are! Well done

Exam invitations for those that we have planned exams for will be issued in the coming weeks. We are trying to use a new software from the IDTA to help with the organisation of an exam session so please bear with us.
Holidazzle 23 Christmas Wishes
We're so excited for our 2023 Holidazzle Performance for all our little Dance Poppets - Christmas Wishes
For those of you who've never been a part of our Holidazzle performance before, it's an annual tradition where all our poppets classes get together to put on a show full of festive cheer. We spend weeks preparing for this event, and it really brings us closer as a community.
