Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten registration information

 We are excited to welcome our newest learners!  Pre-K and Kindergarten registration for the upcoming school year is now open, and we encourage families to begin the process as soon as possible.   Eligibility   Children who turn 4 years old on or before December 1st are eligible to register for Pre-Kindergarten Children who turn 5 years old on or before December 1st are eligible to register for Kindergarten   Registration process   Families can start forms online at OVCS.org or call or visit the main office for all of the required forms.  If you need assistance of any kind, our staff is happy to help guide you through the process.   Required documents   Please be prepared to provide the following:  

• Proof of residency
• Child’s birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Parent/guardian identification
• Any special needs documentation such as an IEP/504 and/or custody paperwork

  Screenings   After registration is complete, you are all set.  We will conduct Pre-K and Kindergarten screenings once students are enrolled in the fall.    Orientation   Information about our annual Back to School Open House will be shared with families this spring or summer.    If you have questions or need support with anything, please contact the main office.  We look forward to partnering with you as your child begins (or continues) their educational journey with us!
