City Hall Updates
State of the City
City of Lake Elsinore Lake Watch
Based on recent lab results from lake water sampling and guidance from the California State Water Board, the City of Lake Elsinore is announcing that current levels of toxins from algae warrant the posting of a “Caution” advisory. Under this advisory, and per the CA State Water Resources Control Board, people may engage in all forms of recreation, including swimming, boating, and fishing. People are advised to stay away from any remaining visible algae, to not drink lake water, and to continue to keep pets out of the water. Have fun and be safe on the lake!

City Updates
Alert LE is a 311 request and work management app bridging communication between residents and the City of Lake Elsinore via a mobile application that can be used on any smart phone device with access to the Apple App Store or Google Play.
When residents see an issue within the City of Lake Elsinore, they can simply take out their smart phone, snap a picture, and submit a request. Once the request arrives in City Hall, it turns into a work order and is electronically delivered to crews in the field.
When the problem is resolved, the reporting community member receives an email from the City via Alert LE letting them know that the issue has been resolved.
Project Connect
The City of Lake Elsinore, in partnership with the Social Work Action Group (SWAG), Canyon Lake Middle School, and Elsinore Middle School is proud to announce Project Connect. This initiative has been set in motion to help homeless individuals on their journey to a better life in permanent housing.
Project Connect is kicking off with a welcome home basket drive to support individuals as they move from homelessness into permanent housing. Canyon Lake Cougars and Elsinore Middle Tigers will be collecting donations throughout the school year to put together welcome home baskets containing the supplies individuals will need as they transition out of homelessness and move into their own apartments and homes.
Thank you Canyon Lake Middle School and Elsinore Middle School for your support!
