Indigenous & First Nations at Adobe

In this workshop, you'll manage and enhance PDFs in Adobe Express as you learn how to:

  • Convert your existing documents into multi-page PDFs
  • Design PDF covers and graphics
  • Translate PDFs and add accessibility tags

Update an Existing PDF

Upload an existing document or PDF to Adobe Express to create a new PDF.

  1. Download our sample PDF, or source one of your own existing PDFs you want to update or enhance
  2. Upload the PDF using Start from your content
  3. Update outdated information and visuals
  4. Rearrange the page order
  5. Edit the text and images
  6. Share your work with us

Cover Page

Design a cover page for your PDF.

  1. Open your PDF from Activity One
  2. Open the Templates menu
  3. Search "Cover" and select something
  4. Click Add as pages
  5. Edit the design
  6. Move your cover page to the front
  7. Share your work with us

Accessibility

Translate your PDF into different languages, and add accessibility tags.

  1. Click Translate
  2. Convert your project into one or more other languages
  3. Review the new versions
  4. Download your work with accessibility tags
  5. Share your work with us
