Amplifying Youth Voice. Shaping Better Policy. Inspiring Change.
I’m an internationally recognised youth activist, speaker and lived experience consultant dedicated to creating a fairer, healthier and more inclusive society. Through campaigns, consultancy and strategic policy work, I help organisations understand young people’s realities, while empowering communities to drive meaningful change.
Where It Began
My work began in mental health advocacy and youth empowerment, where I have helped champion better support for young people across the UK as in #will Ambassador. Since then, my mission has expanded into tackling inequality, diversity and inclusion, sustainability and youth engagement in democracy. I’ve collaborated with charities, governments, public bodies and global organisations to bring young people into the centre of decision-making. Whether speaking on stage, developing policy proposals or designing campaigns, I focus on practical, people-centred solutions grounded in real lived experience.
What I Do
I work at the intersection of youth activism, public policy and social impact. My work focuses on turning lived experience into meaningful solutions that help organisations, governments and communities create real change. My work includes: Youth Activism and Thought Leadership: Speaking on mental health, equity, youth empowerment and social change at national and global events. Policy Research: In-depth analysis on elections, sustainability and public health to support evidence-based policymaking. Consultancy & Advisory: Helping organisations engage young people, design campaigns, build strategy and strengthen social impact. Public Speaking: Delivering keynotes, panels and workshops for schools, companies, charities and international organisations.
Background and Experience
My experience spans grassroots organising, community projects, public policy research in Westminster and global collaboration. Highlights include: Completing an internship in Policy & Public Affairs at Labour Together, contributing to research on international elections, migration and centre-left strategy. Working with Public Health England to make the UK Government's Covid-19 Guidelines accessible to young people. Acting as a Youth Collaborator to the UK Government's National Youth Strategy, working with colleagues from Savanta, #iwill Movement and Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). Graduating from the University of Groningen with a BA Hons degree in European Languages and Cultures, majoring in European Politics with minors in German and Global Development Studies.
Continued Success
My work has also been acknowledged through several competitive fellowships in policy, leadership and civic innovation, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based, forward-thinking public policy. As an author, I have amplified youth voice and explored practical solutions for wellbeing and equity. Alongside this, I continue to advise NGOs, NHS Trusts and policy organisations, helping them design strategies, campaigns and programmes that create meaningful impact for young people and communities. Currently, I am freelancing as an IYPC Consultant and HUDL Associate at Esmée Fairbairn, advising on governance and funding priorities, reviewing grant proposals and facilitating co-design with stakeholders to improve equity and youth participation.
