Happy Monday! We hope everyone enjoyed last week's Welcome Farewell Reception! It was a special evening to welcome the 64th line and to bid farewell to the 63rd line. Thanks to the social representatives and parents for their help with that special event. 💙 Also, don't forget that make-up Team Photos are today at 5:00 p.m. at Pennington Field. Please arrive at 4:50 p.m. We hope everyone can stay for the squad and grade level photos after headshots and the team photo. Enjoy this last week of school! Save the date for our next event, a Spirit Day at On the Border on June 13.

Want to get together this summer and socialize with other L. D. Bell students and their families? Join the Raiderettes at On The Border, in Bedford, on June 13 between 11 a.m. and 10 pm. Please share the flyer on social media and invite all your friends!

June Calendar Fundraiser- Pick a date to donate

If you are still looking for sponsors or need support for drill team expenses, consider participating in the optional Calendar Fundraiser where you ask friends and family member to pick a date to donate. Janna created the calendars for Instagram and/or Facebook so you can share on your personal social media pages if you like. How does it work? Have people choose a calendar day to sponsor. They will donate the amount of money equal to the corresponding number (i.e. June 20 equals donating $20). Keep going until every day is sponsored (a person could technically sponsor more than one day if need be). You will collect the money and then submit the money to our Treasurer, Shannon or Assistant Misty on July 11 at Practice Wear Pick Up so it can be credited to your daughter's account.

Directors' Corner- Ms. Ibanez & Ms. Blankenship

We are so grateful for the help of our social parents Rochelle Parr, Andrea Valencia, Toni Moore, our lovely MC Brooklyn Parr and the social officers for putting together a beautiful welcome/farewell. We do have a couple of officer practices coming up this summer. And our mandatory summer camp is July 17-20 and July 24-27, with showoffs on the 27th and our team dinner.
