WU-TANG KUNG FU CLASSES
AT SEVEN MOUNTAINS TAI CHI
Our Wu-Tang Kung Fu (Wudang Gongfu, or Wudang Xuanmen Wuxue), will cover:
- Primary Stretches & Warmups
- Leg-Stretches
- Stretch Kicks
- Basic Kicks
- Core Stances
- Xingyiquan Foundations & Formsets
- Sanfengquan Foundations & Formsets
- Weapons Foundations & Formsets
- Application of Marital Skills
- Martial Skill Training & Refinement
- Sparring & Self-Defense practice
- Cooldowns
The evening class will focus on covering all the bases through linedrills, and then developing new techniques & form skill. Then students will partner up for martial training and refinement.
This short version of this class is meant to be supplemented with the Kung Fu Fit & Kick class, to cover the first hour of body cultivation and training.
Sparring is reserved Saturday evening classes, when there is no other special event scheduled.
