Ways to Reset the Account Password

Infor Concierge Password Reset

If a user is unable to recall the password for the Infor Concierge and Infor U Campus kindly follow these instructions. Resetting the password of the Concierge account will allow the user to access Infor U Campus via Sign in with ADFS (Single Sign-On [SSO] button).

  • The user is expected to receive an email notification containing the password reset link.
  • Inside the email notification click the provided link or copy and paste the link in the browser.
  • Input the email address, password twice and click Save Changes.
  • After updating the password successfully the user should be able to login once more.
  • Input the credentials, and the new password.
  • A confirmation message will appear, click OK.
  • The user will now have access to Infor Concierge account.
  • On the upper left corner click the App Menu.
  • Open the Navigation Menu.
  • Choose the Infor U icon.
  • The user should have access to the Infor U Campus home page.

Infor U Campus Login page Reset Password

The password reset that will be done on the Infor U Campus login page will not change the Infor Concierge password of the user. The user may choose a different password on their Infor U Campus manual login.

  • The user should follow the reCAPTCHA instruction.
  • Then click the Reset Password button.
  • The user should receive an email notification of the password reset and follow the rest of its instructions.
  • The user may copy the verification code and paste it in the browser.
  • The user may also click the URL in resetting the password.

Requesting Password Reset via Team Lead

The Team Lead has the capability to reset the password of the user in Infor U Campus. This will only reset the password of the user in Infor U Campus and it will not change the user's Infor Concierge password. The user may choose a different password on the Infor U Campus manual login.

The user should communicate internally with the assigned Team Lead of the organization/group/team to reset the password on their behalf.

Editing the Profile Password

There might be a scenario that a user still has access in their Infor U Campus account but they wanted to update their password.

  • Click on the Ellipsis (3 dots) on the upper right corner.
  • Then click View Profile.
  • In the profile click on About me.
  • Scroll down at the bottom of the page to see Edit Profile button.
  • Click on the Account.
  • Input the password twice in the two password text boxes. Also, in this page the user may update their email address/domain.
  • And click on Save Changes.
  • Once the changes have been completed a Message on the upper left corner will appear, "Your settings have been saved."
