The secret to a quick achieving

Description -

As soon as I felt the pressure of exams back in high school I knew there was deeper reason I could always apply myself to physical education and rarely anything else without great effort having to be made. But for some reason just moving my body and learning how the systems that perform this fascinated me, now after going through college and dropping out of university I know there’s others just like me who want to debate the now and present issues that could be improved with physical education. Knowing these people are out there gives me the hope to find some that find inspiration in my story and can use it to maybe help them see how easy it can be to make a big decision such as career paths or what training to apply for months at a time.

The Story -

In the beginning I wasn’t the most blessed in terms of education and was fed like most uk kids from the frozen occasional fresh meal diet, as I got older my family started to learn more and I found passion in the nutrition I was putting in my body.

Beginning of fitness
A few months later I had lost some weight and my stomach was feeling good.
Then the weight gain went crazy, chocolate milk, burgers, lasagna, pizza, Chinese food, kebabs, honestly anything I could get my hands on. This is also when I started taking training stupidly seriously.
From there I cleaned myself off and seen the effort pay off looking much better! Back to eating things like pasta with fresh sauce, eggs and oats, fresh fruit and steaks with rice!
From there it’s been a case of building myself, keeping my health in check and mentally improving my ability to help people like you
Locked in on abdominal training and had the body I wanted at 18

The guidebook for success -

The way I made my mind up on this path for success was simple for me, I was born, so was everyone, with one thing. The human body, which no matter who you were or are you have one of these if you can read this. So my speciality was going to be the science behind development in the human body, whilst also being told I had a knack for massages I was encouraged by the idea of physiotherapy. As I aged I had to prioritise experience because nothing makes me feel more understand of other people’s situations than exploring and going to other people’s situations, seeing what life is like for others less or more fortunate than myself. through this I built myself some sympathy and found the unforgiving world of employment ridiculous and hypocritical for some who get stuck in the loop of working themselves to the bone just to get by. The biggest set back I seen for these people besides financial struggle, is physical struggle and illness. It’s horrible to see someone struggle with something that can’t be easily just changed, which for some people this can be a deal breaker. I’m here to show that the continued effort of self improvement has benefits beyond some of these people’s wildest dreams, energy levels unfelt before, aches and pains eased that you weren’t aware were there. With JRH Fitness the goal is to educate you on the level your body should be at, creating a more healthy collective of individuals prioritising themselves to help prioritise others. This motivation lit up in me as I went through the college and uni system, all it took was that leap of faith from simplifying what I found passion for, this passion transferred into success for me and the people close to me taking on board the health advice we need to know!

It all works out
