What is a Simulation Library?
The simulations can be found in Self-Directed Learning (SDL) - Simulation Library or Demonstrations Panel containing Exercises numbers and eLearning - End-User Simulations these materials are housed in the Content Libraries (UAP Servers). An additional layer of security was added to the materials.
Examples of SDL - Exercises (M3: Food and Beverage Foundation in Cloud Edition & M3: Fashion Foundation in Cloud Edition) & eLearning - End User Simulations (M3: Customer Orders).
The user will be prompted to a login page that requires a learner to use a certain credential. Just click Accept.
Different ways to log in to the Simulation Library
Sign in with Azure Directory
This is the single-sign-on (SSO) option for Infor Partners and Infor Employees.
Sign in with MT Concierge
- The customers should have an Infor Concierge account to log in via Sign in with MT Concierge.
- When a user log in to Infor U Campus via Sign in with ADFS and encounter the UAP login page below in just single click on the Sign in with MT Concierge they are able to launch the material.
- The succeeding material will no longer ask to login. Except if the user clear their browsing data.
Use Another Method
- The customers that do not have the Concierge account/SSO access for Infor Partners may only use this log in option if their account was manually added in the UAP Library Servers.
- Send an email request to InforU.Support@infor.com to register the learner's credentials in the UAP Servers.
- Once the customer was successfully added in the servers they should receive an email invite from the server/s or confirmation from InforU.Support@infor.com.
- If there's no email invite received the user may access ContentLibrary.UAP.Infor.com to trigger another email invite and follow the rest of the instructions below.
- Click Use Another Method > Forgot Password, then input the Registered Email Address.
- Check the mailbox, expect to receive an email from no-reply@uap.infor.com, and click the Reset Password.
- It will open a browser tab/window to set the new “Password” (the user has the option to use the same password in Infor U Campus account).
- After successful password reset, relaunch the course exercise/end user simulation.
- If the login page pops up again, click Use Another Method, input the recent password saved, and log in.
- Regardless of the login method, the learner will open the same material.
- And once successfully logged in, the user should be able to see the content of the exercise.
