The new users of Infor U Campus are required to create an account in Infor Concierge first before they can begin their education journey. Having a Concierge account will help the customer to access their Infor U Campus account and the course simulations using Single-Sign-On (SSO) seamlessly. The Infor Concierge will automatically sort the accounts based on the business email domain they are using.

Summary of the Steps in Creating an Account
1. Create an Infor Concierge account first, choose one of the options below;
1a. The new users may follow this detailed steps for the Self-Registration. If the customer encounters the Not Authorized to Self-Register it's best to follow the 1b option.
1b. The Concierge Contact Administrator may create an Infor Concierge account for their new members. Click the link for the detailed instructions for the Contact Admin.
1c. If the user/s already have an existing Concierge account or have a different access level in Concierge like Guest / Limited / Individual / Company / Company Comprehensive they are required to Opt-in to activate the Infor U Campus account.
2. Once the user completed the sign up steps above they are expected to receive a welcome email from noreply@tovutimail.com. If they did not received an email kindly check the Spam/Junk/Quarantine folder or coordinate with the IT department to allow all the notifications coming from the email address.
3. The user may now have the option log in via Customer SSO button or login manually.
Detailed Steps for Self-Registration
- Go to concierge.infor.com
- Click on Create Account.
- Choose Infor U Campus.
- And click Continue.
- Fill out the Business Email Address text boxes.
- Then fill out the user's name.
- And click Submit button.
- The accounts for Infor Concierge and Infor U Campus will be created.
- The new user is expected to receive one welcome email from noreply@tovutimail.com, contain login instructions for Infor U Campus.
- If the email notification is not available in the mailbox please check your Spam/Junk/Graymail/Quarantine folder or coordinate with your IT department and request to allow all the notifications coming from noreply@tovutimail.com.
- Follow the login instructions from the welcome email, they can login directly to Infor U Campus by going to education.infor.com, use the registered email and the initial password.
- The other option to login is via Customer SSO button, this is associated to their Infor Concierge account that will activate a single-sign on (SSO) access.
Infor U Opt-In
The user/s with an existing or have a different access level in Concierge such as Guest / Limited / Individual / Company / Company Comprehensive are required to click the Opt-in button to activate their Infor U Campus account.
- Login to concierge.infor.com
- Click the 9 dots (Navigation Menu) on the upper left corner.
- Under the Applications list, find the Infor U Opt-In.
- The Concierge will open a new tab, click the Submit button, and it be grayed out after.
- The new user is expected to receive one welcome email from noreply@tovutimail.com, contain login instructions for Infor U Campus.

Deactivating of Accounts
Infor Concierge and Infor U Campus has different ways to remove a member.
1. Infor Concierge users should be deactivated by the organization's Contact Administrator.
2. Infor U Campus - send a request to InforU.Support@infor.com to deactivate a user. Include the complete name and the registered email address of the person.
