Dear parents and carers,

What a joyful and festive week it has been in the academy! Our Nursery and Reception children took to the stage with great enthusiasm, delivering their lines and sounds with real gusto. They shone brightly as they shared their performances through song and dance, filling the hall with smiles and festive cheer.

Our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils also impressed with their confident and heartfelt performances. Singing a selection of their favourite songs, they captivated the audience and demonstrated just how much hard work and dedication they have put into perfecting every line and melody. We are incredibly proud of them all.

A huge thank you to all the parents, grandparents and siblings who joined us for these special moments. Your support means so much, and we hope you enjoyed the performances as much as we did. We can’t wait to see the remaining performances over the next two weeks.

We are finishing the week with our much-anticipated Christmas Fair, put together by our amazing PTA, They have all worked so hard and we are so grateful to them for providing our children and families with such fun events. We hope to see as many of you there.

As always, enjoy your family time together.

Anti-bullying policy

As Senior Prefects, we have renewed the anti-bullying policy for our academy. It ensures that children who need help will know what to do if they are being bullied and what it is. Our academy provides specialists who will understand what you are feeling and how to resolve the situation: such as Mrs Wheeler and Mrs Hahn. We encourage our pupils to be upstanders instead of bystanders and tell an adult when they see a form of bullying. There are different types of victimization:

  • Cyber bulling
  • Physical bulling
  • Verbal bullying
  • Indirect bullying

If you want to look at our anti-bullying policy, look below.

Thank you for looking at this.
