Progress Update

The building signage has been installed for phase 1. Concrete is complete at the East, West and North drives. The South drive approach is scheduled to be complete mid-December. The dumpster pads have also been completed. Exterior door installation is complete and the door hardware and locks are currently being installed. Exterior woodlook, slate, and painting is complete on buildings 1-10 and 24 and partially completed on building 14. The Greenwall has been completed at buildings 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8. About 2/3 of the total Greenwall is complete. Gutters and downspout installation is complete on buildings 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 10. Buildings 4, 5, 8, 9 and 24 are at 50%. Garage doors are installed in buildings 1-10. The fitness room rubber flooring is complete and the space is painted. Cabana walls and pool equipment room is at 75% complete.

Work in phase 1 is progressing and a lot has happened in November. Fire protection installation is ongoing in buildings 19 and 20. Interior painting, flooring installation, bathroom tile, and cabinet installation are complete. Plumbing fixture installation is at 90% complete in phase 1 and 20% complete in phase 2. Interior door installation is at 75%. Kitchen countertop installation is 75% complete and cabinet installation is at 90%, metal shelving installation is at 50%, light fixtures at 90%, stairway tile at 75%, and backsplash is ongoing. Appliance installation has begun, stoves and microwaves have been installed.
