rob's report
Another month in the books for Team TMSI. After a slow start to October, we battled back to have similar results to September. We funded 173 loans for $44.6 M (down 9 loans from September), took 161 new applications (ouch, down from 223), future locks stood at 161 for $36.5 M (down 11 loans and $5 M) and started November with 478 total loans for $141.3 M (down from 536-$153 M).
Keep your fingers crossed that today's market opening continues and some lower rates lead to an uptick in locks!
