Progress Update
Curb and Gutter are installed throughout the project and the binder is down throughout. The final plat for lots 1-7 is being surveyed now. We have received building permits for the first 10 homes and will be submitting plans for the next 10 homes in November. The model units are complete and now have Power and Internet. Slabs for the next 10 lots are under construction. Negotiations of a Project Management Advisor are complete and the PMA has been executed.
