About Jennifer Glithero
Jennifer Glithero is a holistic health practitioner, consultant, lucid dreaming trainer and keynote speaker working with individuals, groups and organisations.
Jennifer is a UKCP Child & Adolescent psychotherapist, Lucid Dream Trainer and specialises in sleep function, somatic awareness and post traumatic growth.
She is a published author and researcher whose clinical casework has made contributions to the psychotherapeutic literature through published case studies. Jennifer is a writer for The Transplant World Journal. Jenniferâs own research supports developing evidence, highlighting the positive effects of lucid dreaming for post-traumatic stress (PTS) treatment and post-traumatic growth (PTG). Jenniferâs own case studies for Lucid Dreaming, PTS and PTG can be read in Womenâs Health Magazine.
Jennifer works closely with her own Lucid Dreaming teacher and Dream Yoga ally Charlie Morley who recognises the benefits of working with Lucid Dreams in a therapeutic, relational space.
Jenniferâs work utilises a paradigm of therapeutic interventions enabling individuals to discover their authentic self by overcoming limits, discovering their resilience and liberating self-potential.
