Remembering God's Faithfulness

I am currently taking a course on the Old Testament, and one of the requirements is to read the entire book. As I made my way through Exodus, certain chapters caught my attention: chapters 14 through 16. In these chapters, we see how the people of Israel constantly complain, even though God had already demonstrated His power in an extraordinary way by freeing them from slavery in Egypt. They had seen the Red Sea part before their eyes; they had experienced God’s protection; and yet, when faced with new difficulties, they began to complain and even wished to return to Egypt. As I read these passages, I have often asked myself: What happened to them? How could they forget so quickly all that God had done for them? The answer seems simple: fear took hold of their hearts. Faced with the uncertainty of the present, they forgot the faithfulness they had seen in the past. As I meditated on this, I realized that I myself had gone through a similar experience. I recently had a meeting with the organization to work out some details regarding my budget. Although God has provided in many ways, seeing how much still needs to be done to reach the final goal, I began to feel anxious and worried. Little by little, fear began to take hold in my heart. Thank God for my mentor. When I shared what I was feeling with her, she, guided by the Lord, quickly recognized that I was going through a crisis of faith and belief. She sent me messages based on truths from the Word, and that gave me encouragement that helped me reflect and fix my eyes on God rather than on my circumstances. After praying to the Lord, I realized that I had forgotten everything God had done for me from the moment I accepted this special calling to go to NK. Everyone who knows me and has walked alongside me has witnessed God’s faithfulness in my life. From the moment I left the Logos Hope 2020. God has sustained me, opened doors for me, guided me to where I needed to be, and enabled me to receive the training necessary to continue doing what He wants me to do. They have also seen how He has transformed my life and guided me step by step according to His will. Recognizing this, I came before the Lord to ask for forgiveness. I realized that, just like the people of Israel, I had allowed worry to make me forget God’s goodness, provision, and mercy. God is faithful. 2 Timothy 2:13 if we are faithless, he remains faithful And to conclude this testimony, I want to share something the Lord did recently. For some time, I had been praying to be able to officiate the wedding of Alexas and Thomas, who are part of my team. It was God’s way of telling me that He is before me and that He is the one who provides. The Lord has answered that desire in a miraculous way, and through brothers and sisters in the faith, He provided the plane tickets so that I could accompany them on that special day. Once again, God reminded me that He remains the same. He taught me that my trust must be placed in Him and not in circumstances. The work is His, not mine. He is the One who guides, provides, and reveals the strategies needed to fulfill every purpose and meet every need.

This time has taught me several lessons that I want to hold close to my heart:

* To remember who we are in Christ and what we have been called to do. This means abiding in His Word and treasuring it in our hearts. * To constantly remember all that God has done for us: His provision, His goodness, His grace, and His mercy. * Replace our complaints with gratitude. Whenever a complaint arises, respond by recalling evidence of God’s faithfulness in our lives. * Live out our relationship with God intentionally, dedicating quality time to prayer, worship, and fellowship with Him.

God is faithful, and just as He sustained the people of Israel in the wilderness, He has also been faithful in sustaining me at every stage of this journey.

KP Launch Team

I have held meetings with my team leaders to discuss various areas of work, including Team and Expectations, focusing on understanding the Vision & Purpose and aligning the team's Goals

Praying for NK

Let us pray for those who are already there and for those who are about to join them, even if only for a short time. We ask God that His grace may be with them. Let us also ask that the Lord grant them wisdom, that the Holy Spirit guide them in every step, provide them with everything they need, and open doors in every Likewise, let us pray that all those who are waiting may be allowed to enter and that the NK authorities approve the projects that will enable many to enter

Bible Studies

I'm continuing to make progress in my last two theology courses and my Korean classes. I need to finish both of them by the first week of August.

In previous letters, I informed you that I had already submitted all the required documentation for my visa application. I am currently in the waiting period, as the review process takes approximately two and a half months. Therefore, I expect to receive a response to my application by August.

Family

My parents are doing well. Thank God Grandma turned 99; she had a virus, but she’s very strong and is doing well now. I was blessed to be able to care for my aunt, who has been in weak health. She stayed at home for 15 days, and it was a great blessing to be able to serve and support her.

Thank You, God
