About the Projects

Hilltop Primary School

This project will replace aging mechanical systems throughout the building while completing the electrical, plumbing, and structural work needed to support the new equipment. Areas impacted by construction will receive new finishes, including flooring, painting, ceilings, and restoration of existing casework where applicable. Exterior improvements include pavement replacement, new fencing, basketball court improvements, grading, and landscaping to improve the safety and longevity of the site.

Shirley Hills Primary School

This project focuses on deferred maintenance improvements that replace aging building systems and update building infrastructure. Work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural improvements, along with restoration of interior finishes affected by construction. The goal is to improve the reliability and long-term performance of the facility while minimizing impacts to the school environment.
